The Haywood Hills Guide to the Information Super Highway highway

This web site is but one of the communications tools available to members and friends of Haywood Hills Baptist. Some features, such as the Prayer List and Membership Directory, are available only to members for security reasons. And you may have noticed that except for some "content" pages, last "update" does not show. It is updated several times each week as the needs occur.

Haywood has a variety of e-mail address books available. One is used to update members on schedule changes, prayer list updates, and other information which needs to be distributed before we meet again.

Here are various lists to aid you in contacting someone to answer your questions or to help with your spiritual or physical needs.

For those who don't have e-mail, or would rather have a telephone message, we have three PhoneTree systems to call your home, cell phone, or office (direct line only--no switchboard or voice mail) with urgent messages about cancellations, meetings, or members' health and prayer requests. And if you aren't available to answer, PhoneTree is compatible with most anwering machines. You may sign up for ALL messages or just for organizations and lists which participate (Usher groups, Youth, etc. -- these lists are normally submitted by the group). These machines make approximately 60 calls per hour per phone line being used and can notify the entire church family of an emergency in just an hour or so. Calls are normally made between 9 am and 9 pm.

Garey Southern currently serves as our communication coordinator when the church office is closed. Please call the church office or contact Garey to sign up or ask for more information.
